Portrait of Samyam Gupta, Senior Consultant, Deloitte

Senior Consultant, Deloitte

I help banks, telcos and media businesses turn transformation strategy into roadmaps that actually get delivered.

Open to conversations on strategy & transformation roles

FROM BOARDROOM STRATEGY TO CUTOVER WEEKEND.

I'm a Senior Consultant at Deloitte with 4+ years of client delivery across Financial Services, Telecom, Technology and Media.

My work sits where business strategy meets technology: shaping target-state architecture with senior stakeholders, assessing digital maturity, mapping how work really gets done, and then staying on to see it delivered, with risks tracked and leadership kept informed.

I like problems with many moving parts, and I'm happiest when a messy brief becomes a plan everyone can rally behind.

Before you ask…

01

What roles are you a fit for?

Senior consultant and manager roles in digital transformation, strategy, enterprise architecture or programme delivery, in consulting or with in-house transformation teams.

02

Which industries do you know best?

Financial services, telecom, and media & technology, including regulated environments where governance and continuity matter.

03

How technical are you?

Technical enough to review architecture, network configurations and cutover plans, while keeping the business case at the centre.

04

Have you worked across geographies?

Yes: a Singapore-to-India migration for a bank, and process and requirements work for operations in Kenya.

05

How do you work with senior stakeholders?

Early alignment, a clear single source of truth, and short, honest executive updates. No surprises.

06

What do you bring on day one?

Structured problem-solving, calm delivery under pressure, and the ability to translate between business and IT.

Let's build what's next.

Hiring for a transformation role, or have a problem worth solving? I'd love to hear about it.
